Hi. My name is Lonnie Budro, and I live in Chandler Texas.

A few years ago I discovered, to my surprise, that I have a little talent at writing poems. Since that time I have been asked to write various poems, and song lyrics for some of my co-workers, friends and family members. I have posted several of those poems on this web-site, including "A Season", "A country prayer","Hello", "Heaven needs children too". "The Kingdom". "A Fathers Son". and "My Shepherd". In the hope that others can find peace, with the loss of a loved one, through these poems.

I was raised in a Christian family, along with four brothers and four sisters, and we have lost both of our parents over the years. I know that it was God who gave me this ability and That I should share it with others.

I was recently told by someone whom I have never met, That "God, puts these words into my head. I simply write them down on paper".
